All loans are offered through Neighborhood Lending Services, Inc. (NLS), a nonprofit Illinois Residential Mortgage licensee (#M00661) and an Equal Opportunity Housing lender.  Loans are available to borrowers throughout the City of Chicago and the City of Elgin.

NLS also is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) with one primary mission: the revitalization of targeted neighborhoods through mortgage lending that supports NHS’ longstanding mission of neighborhood revitalization.

NLS’ lending operations would not be possible without the leadership and support of our lending partners. All loans to help borrowers buy, fix and keep a home are offered through the Neighborhood Lending Program, a partnership with the City of Chicago, 19 financial institutions, and NHS of Chicago.
