NHS is a HUD-certified non-profit counseling agency who is able to help residents of Chicago and Kane County. The first step to receive counseling assistance with your mortgage is to fill out an INTAKE FORM and return it to foreclosureprevention@nhschicago.org. If you are located outside of Chicago or Kane County please visit www.hud.gov to find a counseling agency near you.
