The NHS Redevelopment Corporation is proud to announce the leasing of Roseland Village, an affordable housing apartment building for grandparents raising grandchildren. The Waitlist Application Process has been extended and will close when it reaches 60 applicants. Names will be added in order they are received, so don't delay.
Roseland Village features four 4-bedroom and six 3-bedroom apartments for a total of 10 units. Roseland Village, the third part of NHS' 3.5 acre senior campus, is scheduled to open in October 2011.
